Where to find your order number
Paddle, our payment provider, emails a receipt right after purchase. It lists your order or transaction ID (it starts with txn_) and an invoice number. Either works.
Using Pro on several Macs
One purchase covers you on up to 5 Macs. If you've replaced a Mac and hit the limit, contact support and we'll free the old one.
Receipts and invoices
After you restore, use Receipts & invoices to open Paddle's customer portal. You can also look up orders at paddle.net.
